Azadlig Garden Houses
Azadliq Bagchali Houses residential complex is located in Baku, in the Narimanov district on Mohsun Sanani Street, four kilometers from the city center. The area surrounding the new complex includes numerous infrastructure facilities that directly affect the quality of urban living.
The Azadliq Bagchali Houses residential complex consists of a sixteen-story building with five blocks, featuring an attic-style upper floor and a flat roof.
The building has a monolithic reinforced concrete frame and a durable monolithic foundation, while the walls are constructed using red ceramic bricks. The seismic resistance of the new building structure meets current regulatory standards. The façade is insulated with environmentally safe, long-lasting mineral wool and finished with decorative plaster.
Azadliq Bagchali Houses is a high-rise residential building constructed in a densely developed urban area of the city, designed in a classical architectural style with consideration of national traditions.
